What are emotions and feelings and how can we cope with them? In the fourth issue of ITEM Magazine, a project of communication design students at HTW Berlin, Sophia Moro discusses the topic in her article. My vision for my pieces was to tell a story through our handling with our emotions, based on the descriptions in the article. I picked three aspects which spoke to me in a very visual way: Observing our complex, inner, emotional chaos. Riding the never not spinning carousel of thoughts. And last but not least, facing what's really going on and allowing a dialogue between ourselves.
